Michelle started baking at a young age and just never stopped. At the age of 13 she took her first Wilton Cake Decorating course. It was then that she became addicted to the joy of seeing her friend’s and family’s reactions after their first taste of her creations; who knew that she would eventually become a teacher of this same course?
Upon completion of high school, Michelle completed and graduated from the Culinary Arts Chef Training program at Niagara College in 2005, after which she chose to continue her studies to pursue her passion for baking. After graduating from the Bakers Apprenticeship course (2) in 2006, she pushed forward to complete her final Bakers - Pâtissier course in 2009.
In total, Michelle has more than 7 years’ experience in the food industry. Throughout this time, she has had the opportunity to work under well-known chefs Peter Storm, Anna and Michael Olson. She is now pleased to offer both beauty and taste through her creative cakes, cookies and pastries.
